Located at Seaford Head, Sussex, sits Florence House – a haven for the spirit, however the wind blows. Just under 2hrs train journey from London’s Victoria, this much loved venue will be hosting our life-enchanting retreat.
Cathy and the High Vibes team will be coordinating daily practices, for activating a ‘restorative shift’ in life-force energy, whilst enriching participants with the tools to embrace their own potential, for sustaining a health and vitality ‘uplift’ over winter months and beyond.

After a magic morning of energising movement and grounding breath work practices, what better way to enjoy a post-breakfast walk, than by exploring the beautiful Seaford nature reserve and local beaches.
With breathtaking cliff-top sea views, rustic coastline and thriving wildlife to inspire, – perhaps even taking a dip in the bracing sea, to fully invigorate that divine spark within, as we experience nurturing connections to Mother Nature, all around us.

Florence house caters for the broad needs of those seeking relaxation, – with cosy bedrooms, communal seating areas, plus many spaces and places located within the ground, for both finding and losing oneself.
Our schedule makes time allowances for self-nurturing and relaxation, as well as providing opportunities to connect with others, for learning new skills or simply for taking time out from a hectic work and home life.
